the air brakes on the roof are not part of the skindiffuse, very odd omission. I've messaged Sora about that, I won't mention the engine sound because we can replace that anyway.

The missing textures for the air brakes stand out like a sore thumb though and taint the model. I'm not sure if it's something he did or how the original game developer he imported it from made the car, either way he should be able to fix it.

no reply from Sora, he may work during the week and stay away from the website or simply not give a crap.

anyhow, found something else of interest which mic in-particular may like. There's a Dodge Charger race variant on maniaplanet now too and while it's not specifically NASCAR it isn't a million miles off either.

@mic if you like I can skin it in Austrian colours like your old OTK car but shove some NRT logos on it instead

Yep controversial skin choice especially as there's no sign of Daisy Duke. The turbo flames and exhaust overrun are funny, it comes out both sides of the car. I guess it's because there are 4 variants of the model with differing exhaust positions.

But apart from that it's a reasonably good model which crumples nicely when crashed. It has NASCAR rims and space on the rear window surround for the driver name but no sun strip on the front for the Team/League decal.

It could almost be a NASCAR Gen entry from 2013 if Dodge bothered, which they didn't if I recall right.

The engine sound is a bit too raspy though and glitches each sound file loop so that would need changing. It would drive me nuts listening to the misfire. That said it's an improvement on that Mustang's
